Mahogany Jays Wellness offers mental health care that is integrative and evidence-based.

Medication management is offered when appropriate and always discussed thoughtfully. Lifestyle, stress patterns, sleep, and daily rhythms are considered as part of the larger picture.

Care is provided via secure telehealth and may be offered through insurance or self-pay, depending on availability and individual needs.

Our Name & Symbolism

The name Mahogany Jays reflects both strength and nurture — inspired by the resilience of the mahogany tree and the blue jay’s symbolic message of clarity, protection, and renewal. The mosaic nest in our logo represents the beauty of wholeness, reminding us that every piece of your journey matters.

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep respect for the complexity of women’s lives.

My role is not to rush you toward answers, but to listen, notice patterns, and guide you toward care that feels aligned, clinically sound, and sustainable.

I bring together evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person lens, recognizing that emotional wellbeing is shaped by many layers — not just symptoms alone.

Women often tell me they feel calmer just knowing there is space to talk, reflect, and be supported without pressure. That sense of steadiness is intentional and central to how I practice.
